The Lane Apartments in Central Tce Beckenham is a 54 apartment development. RBC constructed these units under a negotiated cost plus contract after winning the initial tender. Construction came in under budget for Developers Fini Developments and CNES. Architect: Peter Hobbs

The Lowanna Way units in Armadale were built under a negotiated contract with RBC working on the specification and scope to ensure this project came in on budget. Construction of 22 units and also external community spaces and landscape. The development is an elegant solution for affordable housing.

WA Limestone’s head office, workshop and warehouse was transformed with a 3 stage construction project. The building design was undertaken by Alex Willis from ACW Design with RBC suggesting the Fratelle Group for interior design.
